Refund policy
Returns
You may return a Product received from the Company only under the following conditions:
- In case of a packed Product, the package should not have been opened, should be in good presentable condition, and returned within 24 hours of receipt of the package
The Company will then honour such return of the Product by way of store credit to the Consumer.
We also do not accept Products that are intimate or sanitary goods.
Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and granted by way of store credit to you.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
